Kyustendil is About to Get a Whole Lot More Colourful!

This June, the city of Kyustendil is gearing up to turn into a buzzing open-air gallery with the very first “Colours of Kyustendil 2025” festival.

On the 21st and 22nd of June 2025, the city will unveil Bulgaria’s longest legal graffiti wall, bringing together talented artists from across the country to breathe new life into the urban landscape with bold colours and jaw-dropping creations.

The idea behind the festival is simple but powerful — transform grey, forgotten walls into vibrant masterpieces of modern street art. It’s a brilliant opportunity for Bulgarian graffiti artists to showcase their work, and for locals and visitors alike to experience art in a fresh, exciting way — right on the streets.

Colours of Kyustendil 2025 is set to become a major cultural highlight, adding a splash of creativity to the city’s art scene and shining a spotlight on the ever-evolving world of contemporary urban art.
